We're passionate about creating sustainable packaging solutions that eliminate waste and reduce our environmental footprint. **Key Responsibilities** As a Test Engineer on our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging team, you'll be responsible for: • Collaborating with cross-functional engineers to design and execute packaging machinery and automation projects • Designing and conducting rigorous product testing in arenaflex's labs or in the field at Operational sites • Testing system, subsystem, and component level using Mechatronic principles • Supporting the improvement of system requirements • Providing test result reports to stakeholders **A Day in the Life** As a Test Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and testing new packaging machinery to optimizing existing systems for improved efficiency and sustainability. You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that's passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage • Maternity and Parental Leave Options • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) Plan **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Engineering experience • Experience in verification and validation testing • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience • Experience working in new technology or product development • 75% National Travel required **Preferred Qualifications** If you have: • Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Understanding of safety systems • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate coverage of requirements • Deep hands-on technical expertise in testing of electro-mechanical systems • Experience analyzing complex data • Experience in automation or robotic systems • Familiarity with manufacturing environments • Basic coding/scripting capabilities (Python preferred) • Experience in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) • Ability and desire to work hands-on in lab environments • Experience with Minitab, R, or other statistical packages and methods • Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
