We're seeking an experienced Titleist brand ambassador and golf expert to join our remote chat team. As a remote chat representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional shopping experiences, and sharing your passion for Titleist products with dedicated golfers worldwide. - *Essential Responsibilities**
As a remote chat representative for titleist.com, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via live chat
- Sharing your passion for Titleist products and brand with dedicated golfers worldwide
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, comparisons, and purchases
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible advice
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Titleist products, events, and promotions
- Collaborating with the careerzynith team to continuously improve customer experiences and performance
- *Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience and a deep understanding of the game
- Knowledge of the Titleist product line and its features
- Golf club fitting experience and familiarity with top component brands
- Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
- Familiarity with the Titleist site and any related media or searches
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- *Technology Requirements**
To perform this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
- Reliable sound output through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets
