Modern, fully remote law firm seeking an experienced and motivated attorney to join our collaborative, high-performing team. We represent established and emerging businesses in the online space and are looking for a lawyer who is confident managing matters independently, communicating directly with clients, and contributing meaningfully to a growing practice. Why Join Our Firm • Fully remote, work-from-home position • Flexible schedule focused on quality work and outcomes • Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment • Modern law firm with a forward-thinking approach to legal services • Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary of $90,000 annually • 20% commission on new clients personally originated • Paid holidays and paid time off • Fully remote position • Flexible working hours • High level of autonomy with minimal oversight Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar • 3+ years of experience practicing U.S. trademark law (REQUIRED) • Demonstrated experience handling: • Trademark clearance searches • Drafting and filing trademark applications • Responding to substantive and procedural Office Actions • Negotiating coexistence agreements • 3+ years of contract drafting experience (REQUIRED), including: • Service provider agreements • Brand and influencer agreements • Releases of liability • Privacy policies • Website terms of use and terms of purchase • Operating and partnership agreements • Experience forming Florida business entities • Experience filing copyright applications with the U.S. Copyright Office • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable communicating directly with clients in a professional setting Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for trademark clients • Conduct trademark clearance searches and manage trademark prosecution matters from start to finish • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding legal strategy and next steps • Manage multiple matters independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency To learn more about our firm, visit www.berkleysweetapplelaw.com.
