As a Transportation Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with supervisors to gather data and conduct service-related studies. This role requires frequent interaction with the public, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under general supervision.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist customers with initiating or modifying service accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle escalated or complex customer issues referred by team members, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Determine deposit requirements for new major commercial accounts, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to gather data and conduct service-related studies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards and regulatory requirements.
  • *Training and Development**

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training duration is approximately 6-8 weeks, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (subject to change). Successful completion of training is mandatory prior to schedule assignment.

  • *Post-Training Work Schedules**

After completing the training program, you'll be assigned to one of the following schedules:

  • Schedule 1: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:45 PM
  • Schedule 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Schedule 3: Saturday–Wednesday
  • + Saturday: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM+ Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM+ Monday–Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Schedule 4: Wednesday–Sunday
  • + Wednesday–Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM+ Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM+ Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Schedule 5: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • *Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience in customer service, billing, collections, or account systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and identify areas for improvement

  • Ability to work independently under general supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
