Job Overview As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling a variety of post-order issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. Key Responsibilities Compassionately assist clients in navigating various post-order issues through inbound calls, chats, and messages. Exhibit reliability by being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring proactive communication for any unforeseen events or issues. Handle a high volume of calls (approximately 50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced, highly organized environment. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and client care proficiency metrics. Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and addressing concerns with empathy and understanding.
Listen effectively to client concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution, de-escalating issues with peace-making skills. Think systematically to tackle client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts. Be educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to answer questions efficiently. Identify areas for improvement and offer insights to leadership, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our client experience.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Be fluent in reading, writing, and understanding Spanish and English. Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
