However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer a range of pay structures, including: * Pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers * Performance-based pay or other incentives * Opportunities for bonuses and rewards based on your performance **Application and Certification Process** To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * View our background and credit check requirements here * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program **Program Metrics Requirements** Some of our programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to your participation. **Availability** As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST.
