Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Follow up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
You will also need to have a reliable computer with a validated copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS, a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor. Your internet speed should be at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Reliable computer with validated operating system and necessary equipment Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical Skills Proficient in bolthires Office and other software applications Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
