We're a dynamic and inclusive company that values innovation and creativity, and we're committed to making a significant impact in the food delivery industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction * Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** We're looking for candidates with: * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role * Experience in a remote working environment * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using computers and software applications * A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment.
