Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible. Assist Dashers with account-related questions and technical support inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall user experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as previous experience in a customer service or support role. You should be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools is also essential.
Additionally, you should be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Essential Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
