As an Experienced Virtual Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting large amounts of data into our CRM and databases, while maintaining near-perfect data standards. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and propose automation solutions to boost efficiency. Your exceptional typing skills, technical proficiency, and self-discipline will enable you to thrive in this role, even with minimal supervision.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Transform handwritten notes, PDFs, and audio files into polished, error-free digital records
  • Input large amounts of data points weekly into our CRM and databases, maintaining at least 99.5% accuracy
  • Apply consistent formatting to reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Perform dual-stage reviews, including self-audit and peer review, to uphold near-perfect data standards
  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions, such as Excel macros or VBA scripts, to boost efficiency
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect client and company information
  • Participate in weekly virtual stand-ups to prioritize tasks and share best practices
  • *Requirements:**
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in data entry, transcription, or administrative support
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 70 WPM with 98% accuracy (typing test required during the interview)
