Our hourly rate is $35 per hour, and we require a minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week. **Skills and Background** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) * The ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions * A reliable internet connection * 10+ hours of availability per week * A positive, empathetic attitude and a passion for customer service **Hours and Location** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (or other countries, depending on your location).
