- *Job Summary**
We're seeking dynamic and experienced Virtual Livestream Chat Moderators to help engage viewers, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. As a Virtual Livestream Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included. You will work closely with our production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues and ensure a seamless experience for our audience.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Audience Engagement** + Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions+ Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat+ Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
- **Live Session Moderation** + Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers+ Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests+ Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule+ Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues
- **Community Building** + Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included+ Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue
