As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer support chats in real-time using saved replies and macros
- Helping users with login access, product questions, and shipping updates
- Escalating complex billing or technical issues to higher-tier support
- Accurately summarizing and tagging all resolved chats
- Maintaining a friendly, calm, and professional tone at all times

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome
- Internet speed of 10 Mbps or higher
- A typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Strong written English with good grammar
- Focus and self-discipline for weekend shift consistency
- *Pay & Shift Details**
- Start at $25/hour
- Promotion to $30–$35/hr available after 30 shifts and strong QA performance
- Choose 4–8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones)
- Only Saturday and Sunday shifts required
- Minimum commitment: 8 weekend hours/week
