As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently for internal and wholesale customers, including the purchase of tires, parts, and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks in a timely manner
  • Coordinating deliveries with our shipping departments to ensure seamless logistics
