- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently for internal and wholesale customers, including the purchase of tires, parts, and services
- Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks in a timely manner
- Coordinating deliveries with our shipping departments to ensure seamless logistics
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as requested by management
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Tire and automotive service industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent phone skills, with the ability to offer the highest quality of customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Inventory Management Database
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
