We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about an exciting industry, develop new skills, and earn a competitive hourly rate. **Key Responsibilities** As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include: * Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) * Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly * Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) * Participating in private chat rooms that may be opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested * Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project * Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * The ability to follow specific instructions * Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit * The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine * Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection * Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures * Honesty and reliability * Good communication skills (an asset) * Be at least 18 years old **Benefits** As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, you'll enjoy: * A very competitive pay rate * Weekly pay * The flexibility to work around your own schedule * The opportunity to learn about an exciting industry * The ability to telecommute (work from home, work, or school) * Most of the time, you can keep the product you tested **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
