Position: Work from Home Customer Service Representative We are seeking highly skilled and motivated customer service representatives to join our work-from-home team. Qualifications: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Familiarity with technology, including basic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Preferred
