Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Pinterest specialist to help us grow traffic and drive conversions for our mindset-based app.
This role includes:
Posting 3–5 optimized pins per day
Driving traffic to our blog, website, and quiz freebie
Running and managing Pinterest ads with a focus on ROI
Creating on-brand, scroll-stopping pin designs
Providing weekly performance reports
Offering feedback and strategy suggestions to improve conversion
Our Goal:
To generate consistent Pinterest traffic that leads to conversions and app installs.
We're looking for someone who can deliver results within 30 days and collaborate with us for the next 6 months minimum.
You’re a fit if you:
Have proven experience driving results for digital products or apps
Understand Pinterest SEO + ad targeting
Know how to test, optimize, and scale top-performing content
Can work autonomously and communicate proactively
Care about conversion—not just clicks
