Job Description
I am a professional keynote speaker looking for an experienced presentation designer to elevate the visual design of a conference keynote presentation built in Prezi.
This is not a large deck and not a full presentation rebuild.
The structure already exists. The task is to refine and elevate key visual moments so the presentation feels polished, cohesive and visually compelling when projected in a large conference room.
The presentation will be delivered live to an audience of approximately 200 people in an auditorium setting, so the slides must be:
- visually clear from the back of the room
- elegant and restrained rather than cluttered
- supportive of the speaker rather than competing with the narrative
This is a small but high-quality design task requiring strong visual judgement rather than large volumes of slide production.
Platform Requirement
The presentation is built in Prezi.
Design work must function properly inside the Prezi environment.
Several visuals must be constructed so their elements can be revealed progressively with each click. Clean layered builds are essential so concepts unfold clearly during the talk.
Key visuals therefore need to be created as separate layered elements that can appear step-by-step inside Prezi.

Scope of Work
The full presentation contains 19 slides.
Most slides are intentionally minimal and will require no change or only light refinement, such as:
- typography improvements
- spacing and alignment adjustments
- improved image balance
- small visual polish and consistency
The substantive design work sits in four key conceptual visuals.
The remaining slides require only light visual refinement or no changes.
This is not a full redesign of the presentation.
These four slides need thoughtful design so they communicate clearly on stage and can build progressively during the presentation.
Reference screenshots are attached showing the type of visuals currently used in the presentation.
These visuals illustrate the concepts but are not final artwork. The designer’s role is to refine, elevate and rebuild them so they function cleanly inside Prezi as layered conceptual builds.
Design Mindset
This keynote is designed for a live stage environment.
The visual style should feel polished, thoughtful and cinematic rather than corporate or template-driven.
While the structure of the presentation already exists, I value the perspective of experienced presentation designers and welcome smart visual suggestions that improve clarity, pacing and visual impact.
The goal is not to redesign the entire presentation, but to ensure the key visuals land with clarity and presence when projected in a large room.
Strong visual judgement and restraint are highly valued.
What You Will Receive
The selected designer will receive:
- access to the current Prezi presentation
- the existing slide visuals
- guidance on which slides require attention
- presenter notes explaining the narrative
- access to me, as required
The project will follow a simple staged approach to ensure the visual direction is correct before final production.
Stage 1
Initial visual concept or treatment for the key slides.
Stage 2
Design build of the four conceptual visuals and refinement of the remaining slides.
Stage 3
Final polish and delivery of final working Prezi and assets ready to function cleanly inside Prezi.
I will be available during the project to answer questions or clarify intent if needed.
You will not be building the presentation from scratch.
Delivery Requirements
Final delivery should include:
- the completed Prezi presentation updated and ready to run
- all design assets created for the presentation
- layered source files where relevant
- exported graphic elements used within the presentation
All design work produced for this project will become the property of the client upon final payment.
Assets should be organised clearly so they can be reused or edited for future presentations.
Timeline
The project needs to be completed within 4–5 days.

5. Your fixed project price for this work in AUD.
6. Confirmation that you can meet the timeline.
Proposals without relevant presentation design examples will not be considered.
Future Work
If this collaboration works well there may be additional keynote presentation work in the future.
