I am looking for a talented and reliable YouTube Channel Manager to handle end-to-end video production and channel management. The channel focuses on news and politics targeted at a US audience, so a strong understanding of US current events, trends, and audience preferences is essential. I need someone who can take full ownership of the content creation process and manage the channel's daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Video Generation: Produce high-quality, engaging videos on trending political and news topics. This includes sourcing material, editing, and using AI or traditional tools to generate compelling visuals and voiceovers. Channel Management: Upload videos regularly, organize playlists, and monitor channel analytics to strategize for growth. SEO & Optimization: Write optimized titles, detailed descriptions, and effective tags to maximize reach and searchability on YouTube. Thumbnail Design: Design eye-catching, high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails that stand out in the news niche. Requirements: Proven experience managing and scaling YouTube channels. Strong video editing and generation skills (experience with AI video creation tools is a big plus). Ability to produce content quickly to keep up with the fast-paced news cycle. Strict adherence to YouTube's community guidelines, copyright policies, and monetization rules. Excellent communication skills and consistent adherence to deadlines.
