They are seeking an Exterior Sales Consultant to focus on providing a 5-star customer experience through a relationship-based sales process, utilizing pre-screened appointments and AI tools. Responsibilities Run 1-3 appointments per day in an 80-100-mile radius of the Roanoke, VA office You will be educating customers on our quality products and services, in their home Use AI tools to provide a visual tool allowing the customer(s) to see what their home will look like upon completion of installation Will also provide accurate measurements of roofing, siding, gutters and windows safely Offer a quote within the customersβ budget while giving you a high commission rate Also able to start the customer in the financial assistance process if needed You will be able to close sales at an average rate of 30% or more, by identifying customer needs and provide a 5-star shop-at-home experience Skills Experience in customer service and/or sales Ability to provide your own vehicle and iPad Strong work ethic Drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset to control your own earnings Benefits Paid training to learn our process, product knowledge and get hands-on experience before running appointments on your own.
