Job Description
We are a growing European wellness & supplements brand expanding our digital performance infrastructure. We are looking for a reliable, strategic, and execution-focused expert to set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook advertising and maintain a high-quality email marketing system. This is not a one-off task. We are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer who disappears after setup. Facebook / Meta Advertising • Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for EU markets • Structure campaigns for: • Lead generation • Retargeting • Conversion & awareness (where applicable) • Monitor performance weekly • Optimize: • Targeting • Creatives are provided by our team.
(in collaboration with our team) • Budget allocation • Ensure EU-compliant setup (no prohibited health claims) • Track performance via Pixel & events (we handle technical implementation with a developer if needed) Email Marketing (ConvertKit) • Set up and maintain email flows • Update or optimize minimum 2x per month • Work with: • Welcome flows • Lead nurture sequences • Country/language-based segmentation • Improve: • Open rates • Click rates • Funnel clarity • Ensure emails align with brand tone, compliance, and long-term strategy What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) • Proven experience with Facebook Ads for wellness, supplements, or lifestyle brands • Clear understanding of EU advertising compliance • Strong analytical thinking (you understand why something works) • Structured, proactive communication • Ability to work independently, without constant micromanagement • Experience with email automation platforms (ConvertKit preferred)
