Join our stellar team as a 100% REMOTE Facebook Ads Specialist, operating within the 7:30 am-3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time window. Must live in North America.
Managing not one, not two, but 20-30 Facebook Ad accounts (avg $30k-50k in ad spend/mo management) in the glamorous aesthetics universe. Hold onto your virtual seat – it's a rollercoaster!
Your Facebook Ads track record should be legendary, especially in lead generation with at least 2 years of Facebook Ads experience.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, pays close attention to detail, great communication skills and can manage every aspect of the marketing campaign (ads, landing pages and automation) with the grace of a ninja. ClickUp is your dojo.

⚙️ Manage and troubleshoot getting access to new clients Facebook Business Manager.
Crafting Facebook ads, landing pages and set up automation using our plug and play templates.
✨ Sprinkle your magic and actively optimize campaigns using our proven process and protocols.Actively monitor and report campaign results.
Identify and leverage trends in campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
Identify campaigns that are struggling and require new offers, creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages for testing.
Manage and update the advertising budget for each account based on best-performing campaigns from a revenue standpoint.
