They are seeking a Field Expert Support Expert who is passionate about customer service and resolving issues efficiently, while being a team player. Responsibilities Must maintain a SMS response rate of 90sec or better Remain available for Field Expert calls, emails and other communications Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed Respond to SMS, email and Voicemails from customers When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed Occasional customer data entry update tasking Provide feedback in order to improve processes when prompted Skills Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.) Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (bolthires Docs, bolthires Slides, bolthires Sheets) Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed Benefits
