About the position
The FHA Repairs Coordinator is responsible for managing property preservation and repair services for FHA properties. This role involves handling pre and post-sale services, ensuring compliance with HUD standards, and maintaining communication with vendors and clients. The position requires flexibility to assist with various duties across departments as needed.
Responsibilities
Ā Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs.

Ā Communicate with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely.

Ā Review photos for quality assurance and completion.

Ā Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.

Ā Utilize multiple databases and software programs to assist in performing and completing day-to-day job duties.

Ā Negotiate and submit bids into HUD's P260 database for approval.

Ā Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale.

Ā Be flexible for other duties as assigned, including cross-training across roles/departments.
Requirements
Ā Must have property preservation experience.

Ā Must have experience working with field vendors.

Ā High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ā Background check required.

Ā Drug screening required.
Nice-to-haves
Ā FHA experience in property preservation specifically (not mortgage/sales).
