Modern Woodmen of America is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, and they are seeking a Field Education Analyst to support their financial representatives. The role involves overseeing and optimizing processes related to field education initiatives to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Direct processes related to the administration of Home Office schools for our financial representatives, including: determining school eligibility, maintaining attendance records, making hotel, travel, and virtual meeting arrangements, processing expenses and greeting and assisting financial representatives attending each school Contribute ideas to modernize processes that enhance the attendee experience and increase efficiency Research and develop expertise in state continuing education requirements and online submission systems Prepare annual filings and submit required fees to each state for all Home Office schools and workshops Send attendance records to the home state insurance department for each school Write, create, and send post-school online feedback surveys using Microsoft Forms Design professional reports to disseminate results to various stakeholders Assist in the development and maintenance of an online education path reporting system that provides transparency on program progress to financial representatives, their leaders, and the Home Office Update education records in SharePoint and related systems Administer designation programs from organizations including NAFIC and The American College Learn each organization’s registration and reporting systems Become the trusted point of contact with program vendors and keep stakeholders informed of student progress Prepare reports of course registrations and completions Create and maintain the Field Education annual calendar in SharePoint or related system Prepare and submit applications for a variety of industry association memberships Pay dues and distribute association awards as directed Compile information from various sources for the Field Education quarterly report Develop working knowledge of the Modern Woodmen University (LMS), Brevity (language recording software), and Zoom virtual meeting programs to support and act as back up for each program’s primary administrator/facilitator Skills Associate's degree At least one year of related professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with high level of attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new technology tools Demonstrated critical thinking skills with passion for identifying opportunities to improve processes Benefits Company-paid retirement plan Matching 401(k) plan Employee Impact Bonus Medical, Dental and Prescription Drug Insurance.
