Position Overview
- RealManage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to serve as a thought leader who can refine the strategy of our field marketing program and execute a robust, flexible Field Marketing Program tailored to diverse markets and customer demographics. This role will play a critical part in driving growth by aligning marketing strategies with regional sales goals and operational priorities. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about supporting scalable programs from inception.Key Responsibilities
- Program Development:
- Refine and execute a comprehensive Field Marketing Program that is adaptable to regional and market-specific needs.
- Execute event calendar, marketing playbooks, tools, and templates to support local teams in executing campaigns effectively.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with sales and operations leaders to ensure delivery insights are integrated into marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness, including events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
- Create invitations, RSVP monitoring, and communication channels with local teams to support and execute events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
- Team Enablement:
- Serve as a resource and advisor for local marketing efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs to measure the success of field marketing initiatives.
- Create reports to analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Track Field Marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Work with local management for vendor outreach to gain sponsorship dollars to offset event costs.
- Report on spending and ROI for marketing activities.

- Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or a related role, preferably within service-oriented industries.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across sales, operations, and marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies. HubSpot knowledge preferred.

- Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required. Pay and Benefits
$80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
