Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data products. Utilize strong understanding of financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of data products. Communicate progress and any roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management. Serve as the primary point of contact for all finance data product inquiries and escalations. Monitor and analyze data product usage and make recommendations for enhancements or changes. Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes for all finance data products. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for data products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in financial data analytics. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional data projects. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and procedures. Represent RSM US as a subject matter expert in finance data analytics at industry events and conferences.
