Finance Manager - Capital Markets
Location: US (Flexible)
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI-focused data center developers globally, backed by significant institutional capital and delivering hyperscale infrastructure across the U.S.
This is a rare opportunity to join a newly established Capital Markets team, working directly with senior leadership on the financing and execution of large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
The Role
This is a deal-driven position, sitting at the intersection of investment, development, and capital markets.
- You will play a key role in:
- Supporting the execution of debt and equity financings across large-scale data center developments
- Building financial models to support underwriting, capital allocation, and investment decisions
- Preparing materials for lenders, investors, and internal investment committees
- Working closely with senior leadership on capital strategy and deployment
- Supporting strategic initiatives including joint ventures, partnerships, and new market expansion

- The Profile
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or infrastructure finance
- Strong financial modelling and transaction exposure
- Involvement in debt and/or equity financings
- Interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, or energy-related sectors
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
