Job Description
The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate or Experienced Financial Analyst based out of Seal Beach, California. The role primarily supports the BCA Customer Support Organization by providing actionable financial insights through performance analysis, forecasting, and budget management. Responsibilities Develops and manages resource plans with executive business partners in compliance with Long Range Business Plan; includes employment, non-labor dollars, overhead, offloads and work placement Provide support in identifying opportunities and risks related to Customer Support operations, conducting variance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis Prepare and present monthly Business Plan Review (BPR); provide insight into operational and financial performance to guide decision making Collaborate with engineering and other customer interfacing teams to ensure that airline customers receive timely and effective support for their fleet operations Offer additional finance support as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Support team Drives continuous process improvements in budget development, analytics, and financial reporting to strengthen partnership with Customer Support leadership Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field 1+ years of experience in finance 1+ years of experience building positive relationships with business partners 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operation, bolthires Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and opportunity/risk management
Advanced experience with bolthires Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in
