Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial & Investment Analysis professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position - you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work
Work Type: Remote
Consultants will design and evaluate complex, real-world financial and investment analysis scenarios to improve AI performance on tasks such as valuation, financial modeling, capital allocation, investment decision-making, and market analysis across public and private markets.
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors' allowances).
Responsibilities
- Contributors will:
- Create real-world, domain-specific financial and investment prompts reflecting day-to-day work in investment banking, asset management, PE/VC, or corporate finance
- Design realistic and complex analytical scenarios (e.g., valuation edge cases, ambiguous financial data, conflicting signals) intended to challenge advanced AI models
- Build criteria-based evaluation rubrics with clearly defined categories such as financial accuracy, modeling logic, assumptions quality, risk assessment, and decision rationale
- Review and assess AI-generated model responses against the rubric
- Identify weaknesses in valuation logic, financial modeling, capital structure analysis, or investment reasoning
- Produce a golden response demonstrating how a senior financial or investment professional would approach and resolve the task
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in professional-grade financial analysis and judgment

- Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, PE/VC, trading, or corporate finance
- CFA preferred; strong financial modeling and valuation expertise required
- Backgrounds may include Senior Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, Managing Director, Quantitative Analyst, or Financial Researcher
- Experience making or supporting real-world investment or capital allocation decisions
- Comfortable exercising independent, senior-level financial judgment
