Using our proprietary financial leadership process, you will serve as a senior advisor and lead initiatives in pricing strategy, operational reporting, incentive compensation plans, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business strategy. We measure success by measurable improvement in client operating profit margins. We specialize in the strategies, systems, and execution that optimize: β’ Profit margin of companies β’ Life margin of owners and executives β’ Autonomy and accountability of employees This is a 100% remote role, offering location flexibility to work from home anywhere in Texas or Georgia for approximately 30 hours per week. The Opportunity As a Financial Leadership Partner (FLP) you will: β’ Serve as a trusted CFO-level financial leader for a portfolio of SMB clients, guiding them on the Path to 12% profitability. β’ Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for multiple client engagements. β’ Design and customize financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and operational scorecards aligned to client goals. β’ Facilitate executive-level conversations that drive pricing optimization, margin expansion, labor efficiency, and operational improvement. β’ Interpret financial data and translate insights into clear, actionable business recommendations. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve methodologies, client delivery, and service offerings. What Weβre Looking For β’ 10β20 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting. β’ Background in management consulting, fractional CFO, CFO, Controller, FP&A, or senior financial leadership roles. β’ Demonstrated experience working with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). β’ Entrepreneurial or business-owner mindset with a desire to help grow a mission-driven firm. β’ Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to convert analysis into execution. β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities. β’ High comfort level with financial modeling, dashboards, data analytics, and decision-support tools. β’ Passion for helping business owners succeed financially, operationally, and personally. β’ Must reside in Texas or Georgia. If you are a CFO-level financial leader who thrives in a consulting environment and wants to make a measurable difference, we would love to hear from you. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA preferred. β’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership with titles such as CFO, Fractional CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Financial Consultant. β’ Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses ($3Mβ$50M+ in annual revenue). β’ Proven ability to drive profitability improvement, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization through financial analysis. β’ Experience with financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs. β’ Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools. β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment. β’ Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience considered a strong plus. β’ Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
