Job Title: Financial Reporting & Analysis Analyst
Location: Location: Hermitage, TN 37076 USA
Duration: 6 Months
(REMOTE POSITION, PREFERRED TN Local CANDIDATES AS REMOTE)
Job description & Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Understands financials to provide insight and analysis to business leaders
- Perform value-added analysis on periodic results, including (but not limited to):
- Talent & People Management:
- Identify learning opportunities to address perceived needs of team members
- Ensure optimal resource utilization (e.g., coverage, contingencies, effectiveness and efficiencies)
- Foster a collaborative culture based on teamwork, talent development, mentoring, and coaching
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
- Knowledge of financial systems (HANA/AO, SAP) and ServiceNow
- Experience with Tableau and or other BI analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Web Intelligence, etc.)
- Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources
- Ability to establish deliverable structure and content and review deliverables for self and others to ensure they meet client expectations and highest quality standards
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and ability to create as well as deliver effective presentations
- Ability to work within a virtual team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
