    Part Time Clinical Trial Budgets Analyst Contract:6‑Month Hours:20 hours a week Fully Remote Required Qualifications 5+ years of structural heart site budget negotiation experience Sponsor-side experience is required Strong understanding of clinical trial budget structures, cost drivers, FMV considerations, and applicable regulatory guidance Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear recommendations Duties Lead end‑to‑end clinical trial site budget negotiations, ensuring alignment with sponsor requirements, cost structures, and study timelines Evaluate site cost proposals and analyze key budget drivers, including clinical procedures, assessments, overhead, and pass‑through expenses Partner closely with clinical operations, legal, and finance teams to finalize fair, compliant, and predictable contract terms Ensure all negotiations align with regulatory guidance, internal financial policies, and industry standards Communicate effectively with sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely site activation Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting related to budget negotiations and contract progress Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
