We are currently expanding our elite team and seeking qualified, motivated Tree Climbers for long-term Lead and Co-Lead positions. Available Positions:

    A) Lead Pruner ($30-$50/hour DOE) Responsibilities:
  • Perform expert fine pruning according to ANSI A300 and ISA standards.
  • Focus on structural integrity and aesthetic thinning of common NW trees.
  • Climb and remove trees with precision.
  • Proficiently use heavy rigging equipment (port-a-wrap, lowering devices, GRCS, etc.).
  • Assist in job site planning, hazard identification, and crew efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members on proper pruning techniques.
  • Install various tree cabling systems.
  • Identify tree species, risk, and hazards.
  • Adhere to all required PPE protocols.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of climbing experience.
  • Proficient in SRT/SRS/MRS climbing techniques.
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented with an "eye" for tree architecture.
  • Full-time, year-round commitment.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years as a Lead Climber on a production crew.
  • ISA Certified Arborist.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Crane/Bucket experience.
  • CDL .
    B) Co-Lead/Jr Climber ($20-$40/hour DOE) Responsibilities:
  • Perform pruning according to ANSI A300 and ISA standards with a focus on detail.
  • Climb and remove common NW trees.
  • Use heavy rigging equipment (port-a-wrap, lowering devices, GRCS, etc.).
  • Adhere to all required PPE protocols.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of climbing experience.
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Full-time, year-round commitment.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years as a Climber on a production crew.
  • Knowledgeable in SRT/SRS/MRS climbing techniques.
  • ISA Certified Arborist or working toward certification.
  • CDL Class B or A.

  • Climbing Experience Required: Only applicants with tree climbing experience will be considered.
