Deloitte's R8dius is an Indigenous majority-owned professional services firm focused on technology implementation and managed services. They are seeking a Dayforce Payroll Analyst to join their collaborative team, responsible for system configuration, documentation preparation, and client training related to payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- System configuration
- Preparing functional design documents
- Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
- Participating in all stages of payroll system implementations, from testing and troubleshooting to client training on Dayforce functionality
Skills
- Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
- Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
- Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations is an asset
- Experience in payroll implementation
- Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
