As a Dayforce Workforce Management Analyst, you will support system configuration activities, develop functional design documentation, and participate in the WFM system implementation lifecycle to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support system configuration activities for Dayforce WFM
- Contribute to the development of functional design documentation
- Prepare comprehensive support materials to align with client business needs
- Participate across all phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle, including solution testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
Skills
- Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
- Comprehensive understanding of time and attendance processes, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to workforce management
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful history of managing client relationships, fostering team collaboration, providing clear guidance, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying challenges and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solution implementations, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience in Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling, with proven ability to configure modules related to HR, time, and payroll; experience with Payroll, HRIS integrations, and data migrations is highly valued
