- Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care and assisted living facilities.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels; document any changes.
- Collaborate with facility staff to follow individualized care plans and report any necessary adjustments in care, medication, or medical equipment.
- Qualifications
- Active CNA License in South Dakota or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state transfer.
- Must maintain required certification renewals.
- Experience preferred but not requiredβnew CNAs welcome!
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
