Job Description
We are seeking a Combat Systems Port Engineer (CSPE) to support the South Korean Navy KDX-II Class Destroyers Weapon Direction System (WDS) Product Improvement Program. The CSPE will serve as NAVSEA's execution agent for this upgrade program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with the operation of the MK 99 Fire-Control System
- Minimum of five years of Naval operation and maintenance experience with knowledge of depot level alteration, operation, maintenance, and integrated test procedures
- Three years of FMS/OCONUS experience
- Three years of experience with major Navy surface ship combat systems or weapons systems
- Previous experience in integrated logistics support, quality control and assurance, testing, operations, maintenance, supply, and training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience with upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of Combat Systems
