<B>Job Full Description</B> <BR><BR>**Food Manufacturing Supervisor**<BR> <BR>Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati NW is seeking a Food Manufacturing Supervisor to fill an immediate opening in West Harrison, IN. <BR><BR>**Shift**: Monday through Friday, Second shift, 3:00PM - 11:00PM <BR> <BR>**Compensation**: $21/hr BOE <BR> <BR>**Responsibilities** : <BR>* Scheduling production floor work according to job priorities and ensuring that all operators are following the proper processes and procedures <BR>* Supervise team of machine operators <BR>* Enforce safety rules, PPE adherence, and environmental regulations <BR>* Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster a positive, team atmosphere <BR>* Verify timecards and weekly hours prior to deadline <BR>* Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations<BR> <BR>**Qualifications**: <BR>* Previous experience in a Supervisor role is required <BR>* Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required <BR>* Knowledge of GMP is required <BR>* Production Planning skills <BR>* Background in Blending is a plus <BR><BR>#EEPCNW <BR><BR>Cincinnati (Northwest), OH <BR> 2195 <BR> 3551 Springdale Road <BR> Cincinnati, OH 45251
