Executive Summary

This is a high-performance, long-term 1099 contract position. We are seeking a dedicated Founding Partner who is prepared to commit full-time effort to scale this revenue machine in exchange for significant revenue share and equity.

We are recruiting a Founding Sales Executive to serve as a high-level Strategic Partner in our growing sales organization. We provide an integrated AI and advertising ecosystem to local service businesses (HVAC, Roofing, Landscaping) to capture and maximize their revenue.

This is a 100% remote, high-autonomy role designed for a seasoned professional who functions best as a business owner.

    The Role & Autonomy
  • Close High-Ticket B2B: Close integrated marketing packages ranging from $1,500 to $15,000+.
  • Optional Team Building: Directly recruit, hire, and lead your own Lead Generation Specialists (Setters). The financial cost and management of any such team are the sole responsibility of the FSE.
  • Process Ownership: Design and optimize the sales cycle and CRM workflows to hit aggressive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) milestones.
  • Strategic Growth: Act as an internal talent scout to identify and recruit additional FSE partners to scale the organization.

Compensation & Wealth Building

    Projected annual earnings (OTE) are between $300,000 and $1,000,000+, driven by aggressive revenue shares and high-ticket commissions.
  • Retainer: $1,000 Monthly Base Retainer.
  • Acquisition Bonus: $1,000 Commission per ecosystem sale.
  • Performance Revenue Share: Base 10% share of pre-tax net MRR from your team, with milestone increases up to 15.0%.
  • Referral Multiplier: Earn an additional +0.5% raise on your own MRR for every high-performing Partner you recruit (Capped at an ultimate 20.0% total share).
  • Equity Participation: 5.0% phantom equity stake starting base, with increases up to 15%.
    Required Qualifications
  • Elite Closing Record: Proven success closing high-ticket B2B deals ($5K - $10K+) with a track record of immediate performance.
  • Leadership Expertise: Prior experience recruiting, training, and managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Operational Discipline: The ability to implement and refine outreach systems (email, social, CRM) without hand-holding.
  • Entrepreneurial Focus: You require an independent environment and are motivated by revenue shares and equity rather than traditional corporate structures.
