Hi there, my name is Garrett and I'm the founder of Cypher Pickleball - we design, manufacture, and sell footwear for pickleball players. We've grown 100% yoy since 2023, having exceeded $2.2M in gross sales in 2025 while remaining profitable. We're looking to continue this rate of growth and need help with the following:
1. Ensuring our books are clean and commit to any restructuring of chart of accounts etc. We want to sell in 5-7 years and want things to look good so it's not a problem later.
2. 12 week cash flow forecast
3. 12 month forecast
4. Associated dashboards, charts, and or visuals to correlate with these forecasts and actuals
5. Consultation and advice on future decision making for the business.
We're looking for a fractional CFO preferably with experience working with ecomm brands or brands in a similar growth trajectory. We expect this partnership to be long-term if we work well together but of course there will be a little more work upfront as we want to ensure everything is squared away.
