- Ability to operate in a hybrid model, with preference for candidates located in Tennessee, Georgia, or North Carolina.
- Strong competency in managing HR functions such as recruiting, benefits management, payroll, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with providers and deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Experience working in organizations with a variety of roles ranging from operational to senior management positions.
