Job Description
We’re a healthcare consulting firm looking for a strategic marketing partner to help guide our marketing direction and drive inbound leads.
We have a team in place for execution, so this role is focused on strategy, direction, and oversight—not hands-on implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and refine our overall marketing strategy
- Identify inbound lead generation opportunities (PPC is a priority, but we’re open to other approaches)
- Provide clear guidance on implementation for our internal team to execute
- Collaborate with our social media strategist and sales team to ensure alignment
- Review performance and recommend adjustments to improve results
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a fractional CMO or senior marketing strategist role
- Strong background in inbound lead generation and PPC strategy
- Experience working within limited budgets and prioritizing high-impact efforts
- Healthcare industry experience is required
- B2B marketing experience required
- Ability to keep strategies practical, clear, and actionable for a team to execute
