Job Title: Fractional CMO / Strategic Growth Lead for Global PropTech Startup (UAE Preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic Fractional CMO to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for a disruptive new platform in the global real estate and lifestyle migration space.

The Vision:

We are building Ozlly, the first vertically integrated platform capturing the global middle class. Millions of digital nomads, remote workers, and retirees are being priced out of the West. While traditional developers in emerging markets cater only to the 1% (demanding $200k+ for short leases), Ozlly provides 80-year compliant real estate ownership, automated relocation, and wellness living starting at just $90,000 ($1,125/m² for an 80m² premium villa).

We are not just building houses; we are building the end-to-end digital and physical infrastructure for global lifestyle migration.

Our Traction:

We are a UAE-based startup. Our initial physical developments are focused on Lombok (Indonesia) and Kerala (India). We have already secured a lead investor for project-level funding for our Kerala development, and our financial modeling and competitive positioning are locked in.

The Role:

We need a senior marketing leader to take our GTM strategy and execute it. Your core focus will be building our multi-channel acquisition engine targeting global lifestyle migrants.

Responsibilities include:

Lifestyle Migration Communities: Penetrating high-intent audiences (expat groups, digital nomad forums, retiree associations).

Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Identifying and partnering with YouTube relocation channels and digital nomad creators.

Digital Marketing Funnel: Building our "always-on" acquisition engine (search demand, paid advertising, content-driven inbound leads).

Strategic Positioning: Refining our brand messaging to clearly communicate our dual-engine value (lifestyle upgrade + generational real estate ownership).

Who You Are:

A seasoned marketer with experience in PropTech, Real Estate, Global Hospitality, or Web3/FinTech.

A strategic thinker who is also willing to get their hands dirty building the initial funnels.

You understand how to market high-ticket, life-changing assets to an international audience.

Preference given to candidates based in the UAE, as our core team is located here, but we are open to exceptional global talent.
