Job Description

    Responsibilities
  • Own marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels with a focus on profitable growth
  • Set and manage the marketing P&L, CAC/LTV targets, contribution margin, and channel-level ROI
  • Establish weekly/monthly performance dashboards and testing roadmaps
  • Translate high-level growth goals into executable plans
  • Oversee Meta Ads Manager strategy (hands-on experience required)
  • Guide creative testing frameworks, audience strategy, and budget allocation
  • Partner with or backfill external ad agencies; hold them accountable to performance benchmarks
  • Identify opportunities across emerging channels as appropriate (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
    Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with DTC CPG brands
  • Prior experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Growth
  • Deep working knowledge of:
  • Meta Ads Manager (hands-on)
  • Google GA4 (hands-on)
  • Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
  • AI-driven creative and digital design tools (adobe, nano banana, etc)
  • Microinfluencer scouting and management
  • Organic social design and copy
