We are seeking a fractional HR consultant to support our recruiting company as we scale.
This role is focused on HR compliance, employee relations, and building the right people infrastructure for a growing firm.
We are looking for someone who can review our current HR practices, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and help implement clear policies and procedures across the business. This includes areas such as contractor vs. employee classification, employee relations, documentation, performance management, and general HR best practices.
Our team is growing, and we want an experienced HR professional who can serve as a practical advisor to leadership, help us avoid common HR mistakes, and build systems that support a healthy and compliant workplace.
This is a fractional consulting role, will likely require 10-15 hours per month, with great potential for a longer-term relationship.
