About Us We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the pet accessories niche. We run weekly Klaviyo email campaigns and matching Shopify landing pages. We are looking for a fractional Marketing Operations Manager to oversee this weekly workflow, coordinate freelancers, and ensure high-quality execution. This is a low-hours, high-responsibility role for someone extremely organized, reliable, and experienced in ecommerce processes. Role Overview You will manage the weekly campaign pipeline by coordinating between our Klaviyo email specialist, our Shopify developer, and our internal brand direction.
You do NOT design emails or build pages — you ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a consistent standard. Expected workload: 4–8 hours per week, sometimes less. Responsibilities • * Assign the weekly email theme, direction, and assets • * Review the Klaviyo email draft (copy, layout, mobile optimization) • * Review the matching Shopify landing page • * Ensure UTMs match between email + landing page • * Provide feedback and revisions to freelancers • * Approve final versions before send • * Maintain a clean workflow (Slack, Drive, Notion/Sheets) • * Ensure deadlines are met every week • * Identify small optimization opportunities (not full strategy work) • * Communicate with founder if issues arise
This is a coordination + quality control role, not a creative or technical build role.
Requirements • * Strong experience managing ecommerce or marketing workflows • * Understanding of Klaviyo email structure (you don’t build, just review) • * Understanding of Shopify page basics (layout, mobile, continuity) • * Excellent communication and project management • * Strong eye for brand consistency • * Ability to keep multiple freelancers aligned • * Fast response time and reliable weekly turnaround • * Fluent English (native-level preferred) Nice to Have • * Experience with DTC ecommerce brands • * Light experience in CRO or email optimization • * Experience working with remote creative teams • * Familiarity with bolthires Drive, Slack, and basic marketing ops tools Workload • * 4–8 hours/week (sometimes less) • * Consistent weekly workflow • * Long-term ongoing relationship To Apply Please include: • * Summary of your experience managing ecommerce or email workflows • * Examples of brands or teams you’ve coordinated • * Your hourly rate • * Your timezone and weekly availability • * A short note on why you’re a good fit for a low-hours ops role Apply tot his job
