We are looking for an experienced Framer website designer/developer to build a clean, institutional-quality landing page for a specialty real estate capital platform.
This is NOT a startup or marketing-style website.
The goal is to create a minimal, high-trust, institutional-looking site that feels like a private credit firm and is optimized for lead generation.
We already have:
Wireframes / layout direction
Brand positioning
Copy and content
Design references
We need someone who can execute at a high level and make the website feel premium and professional.

Build a single-page website in Framer with the following structure:
Minimal top navigation
Hero section (strong institutional headline)

Why Borrowers Choose Us
How It Works (3-step process)
Lead form section (Jotform embed)
Minimal footer
