About the Company
We are a fast-growing healthcare and compliance-driven organization preparing for multi-state franchise expansion. Our business model operates within a regulated medical certification and wellness environment and is now entering its franchise development phase.
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Development Consultant to help structure, design, and guide the creation of a scalable and compliant franchise system.
Role Overview
This is a strategic, high-impact consulting role. You will work directly with executive leadership and the financial advisory team to develop the franchise architecture, operational systems, and expansion roadmap.
This is not an entry-level franchise coordinator role β we are looking for someone who has successfully helped launch or structure franchise systems before.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and structure the franchise business model
- Define franchise fees, royalty structure, and support model
- Design the operational franchise framework
- Assist in coordinating Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) preparation alongside legal counsel
- Build franchisee screening and onboarding systems
- Develop scalable operational processes for multi-state expansion
- Provide strategic input on compliance-sensitive franchise systems
- Align franchise structure with financial modeling and long-term valuation strategy
- Support executive team in preparing for franchise launch readiness
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in franchise development or franchise consulting
- Demonstrated experience helping launch or structure franchise systems
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and franchise economics
- Experience working with franchise attorneys on FDD coordination
- Ability to translate operational workflows into scalable franchise systems
- Strong strategic thinking and structured communication skills
- Experience working independently in a consultant capacity
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, wellness, compliance, cannabis, professional services, etc.)
- Experience in multi-location service-based businesses
- Familiarity with technology-enabled franchise systems (SaaS-supported operations)
- Background supporting businesses preparing for expansion or acquisition
- Engagement Scope
- Part-time strategic involvement (8β15 hours per week expected)
- Direct collaboration with finance, compliance, and executive teams
- Initial 3β6 month engagement, with potential extension based on performance and expansion progress

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
