We are a fast-growing beauty brand based in Los Angeles, focused on innovative skincare and haircare products in collaboration with leading Korean labs.

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Product Development Consultant to work closely with the founder on a part-time basis.
- This is not a corporate role — this is a hands-on opportunity to help shape the product direction of an emerging beauty brand.What You'll Do
- Evaluate new product concepts (skincare / haircare)
- Review ingredient lists and provide formulation feedback
- Identify market trends and ingredient innovation
- Advise on claims, positioning, and compliance risks
- Provide strategic input before production decisions
- Occasionally review samples and performance Ideal Background
- 5+ years in beauty product development
- Experience with US cosmetics compliance (FDA / MoCRA knowledge preferred)
- Background at a beauty brand, lab, or contract manufacturer
- Familiar with K-beauty trends (plus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset preferred over corporate-only experience Engagement Structure
- Part-time / consulting basis
- Approx. 5–10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Remote with occasional in-person meetings in LA (preferred)
- Compensation will be hourly or retainer-based depending on experience.
